Sales will take effect upon her *receival* of the buyer's payment, *EXCEPT* in the case of a check - once the check clears the Owner's bank (10 days), the sale will take place. After approval & receipt/clearing of your payment, your item will be mailed out according to her specific shipping instructions & date. SALES ARE IN $US DOLLARS ONLY.
