I do my share of the responsibilities - just what's required to do a great job and succeed
I am bossy and assertively try to get everyone to do things the way I see are best and to implement my ideas
Think the project is stupid and tedious and would rather get the group involved in something exciting and innovative
I follow what others say needs to be done to get the project done
Flirt, cajole, and after I've had my fun, get down to serious work

a feeling of superiority, some arrogance, stubborness
sometimes too conservative and not open-minded enough for other's liking
you do the best you can and in general make many happy and better off but inevitably make enemies out of those who are jealous or unhappy with your decisions
sometimes naive, takes failure hard, sometimes takes things in life for granted
you tend to see the dark side of life more than seeing its beauty, overly critical, somewhat jaded, you're hard on yourself and others
you set such high standards for yourself and others that you sometimes alienate those who don't meet your high ideals
you tend to live in your own head, your own world, sometimes too idealistic and not enough realist or practicality
